Payment & Company Policy

Please read and take note

  • A £50 non-refundable & non-transferable booking fee is required to secure an appointment. This will be deducted from the final amount which is paid when you have your treatment.

  • In the event that you need to change your appointment 72 hours notice is required. If you give less than 72 hours notice then you will lose your booking fee and a new booking fee will be required to secure your next appointment.

  • Please arrive to your appointment on time. If you are more that 15 minuets late then your appointment will be cancelled; in which case your booking fee will be lost.

  • Appointments must be attended solo. Strictly no under 18’s are allowed due to licence laws.

  • Top up sessions are for returning clients only. If you have had your permanent makeup previously carried out by another artist then the treatment will be carried out as a new treatment.

  • Permanent makeup is a two part session and is essential. It is your responsibility to book your 6 to 8 week top us session. If fail to book your touch up within the 6 to 8 week period required a fee of £50 will be charged.

  • All treatments require a patch test to be carried out 48 hour prior to your appointment.

  • No caffeine must be consumed on the day of your treatment and no alcohol 24 hours before. This is crucial to your treatment results and achieving best results.

  • Aftercare instructions must be followed. If you fail to follow correct aftercare instructions then this will affect how your treatment heals and additional charges may occur.
